Get Prequalified
Getting prequalified with a lender puts you in control—you will know how much you can afford, and your offer will be stronger with a prequalification letter to back it!

Look at Homes
Now the real fun begins! Armed with your search criteria, I'll find potential dream homes that we will tour together.

STEP 4:
Make an Offer
You've found your dream home—now what? Together we will craft an offer, then negotiate with the seller until all terms are agreed upon.

Inspections & Appraisal
While your attorney is reviewing your contract, I'll help you schedule a home inspection & appraisal. The inspection verifies that your new home is in good condition, and the appraisal verifies that you're paying a fair price. Sometimes there are negotiations involved, but I'm right there with you for them.

Bank Commitment
While we've been busy, your lender has been too! Commitment is when your lender gives the official go-ahead for us to schedule your closing.

Closing
Get ready to sign your name—a lot! Today is the day you sign all the paperwork. And after all that signing, you are presented with the keys to your NEW HOME!
