  • STEP 1:

     Choose your Realtor

    I will guide you through every step of selling your home, from initial pricing & marketing to closing the deal—and everything in between.

  • STEP 2:

    Price Your Home

    Before we list your home we need to talk pricing.  I'll meet with you, tour your home, and provide you with a detailed price analysis based on current market values.

  • STEP 3:

    Create Your Marketing Plan

    Now for the fun part! I don't just put your home online—I bring in a professional photographer and create a virtual tour so your home is showcased the way it deserves.

  • STEP 4:

    Negotiate Offers

    If you are also looking to buy a home, we'll be working on that process.  As the offers come in on your home I'll help you to negotiate the price and terms to get you the best possible outcome. 

  • STEP 5:

    Inspections & Appraisal

    While your attorney is reviewing your sale contract, I'll help you schedule and negotiate your home inspections and appraisal. Never fear, I'm with you for every step!

  • STEP 6:

    Pack Up

    While we're waiting for your buyer to be ready to close, you'll be packing up and getting ready for your move.  I'm here to help with a list of vendors that can assist you.

  • STEP 7:

    Closing

    Get ready to sign your name—a lot!  Today is the day you sign all the paperwork. Congratulations on selling your home and Good Luck on your next steps!
